Ingredients: (Makes 8 - 10)
- 1/2 cup FUTURELIFE® Wheat Smart food™
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup oat milk
Method:
Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another, then combine the two well. Spray/add a teaspoon of melted coconut oil to a pan, then set on medium heat. Pour 2 spoons of batter onto the pan to make one pancake - repeat until you have a stack. Serve with yoghurt, fresh cut strawberries and FUTURELIFE® Vitality Granola for that crunch!
