INGREDIENTS:
2 Small Ripe Bananas
1 cup FUTURELIFE® Smart Oats Classic
1/2 cup FUTURELIFE® High Protein Smart food™ Vanilla flavour
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Milk
60 ml Unsweetened chocolate chips, for topping
METHOD:
- In a bowl mash the banana, then add all the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl together with 1 tsp coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Spoon overnight oats into 2 glass jars and top with melted dark chocolate, then pop into the fridge for 10 minutes until chocolate has hardened.
- Crack the chocolate layer and enjoy!
