INGREDIENTS:
Dry ingredients:
1 cup Stoneground flour
½ cup FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats Classic
½ cup Cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
Wet ingredients:
1 Ripe banana, mashed
½ cup Plain yoghurt
1 Egg
½ cup Honey
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180℃ and grease a muffin tray.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and combine.
- In a separate bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix together well.
- Then add the wet ingredients mixture to the dry ingredients mixture and stir until combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into muffin tray and top with a sprinkle of FUTURELIFE® Kids Cereal Chocolate Flavour.
- Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
- Set aside to cool on a baking rack.
