INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp chia seeds
50g FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats
1 spoonful of creamy cheese
80g plain yogurt
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 cup frozen mixed berries
TOPPINGS:
1 tsp peanut butter
Handful of chopped walnuts
Sliced banana
METHOD:
- Mix cream cheese, yogurt, chia seeds, oats, 1 tsp syrup, and milk.
- Seal tightly and keep in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
- In a small pan, add your berries and 1 tsp maple syrup, and cook until broken down and easily smashed.
- In a glass jar, layer the berry jam, peanut butter, and overnight oats, then top with sliced banana and chopped walnuts.
This is a single serve recipe.
